Wizpresso Horizon is Wizpresso’s central account management portal that lets users manage product access, personal information, and security for all Wizpresso applications. This guide explains the My Products tab, as well as the Support and Help Center options.
Left navigation panel
The left navigation panel appears on every page in Horizon and provides quick access to core areas. It contains shortcuts to My Products, Account Settings, Support, Help Center, and Sign Out.
- Select My Products to return to the product overview at any time.
- Select Account Settings to manage your profile and security settings.
- Use Sign Out to securely end your Horizon session when you are finished.
My Products
The My Products tab shows all Wizpresso applications associated with your account, including both active and inactive subscriptions. Each product tile indicates whether the application is Active (subscribed) or Inactive (not yet subscribed).
- Click any Active product tile to open that application directly in a new browser tab.
- For each subscribed application, set your preferred default Workspace using the workspace selector on the product tile so that Horizon routes you to the right environment on launch.
- Inactive products remain visible with an “Inactive” badge, allowing you to discover additional Wizpresso solutions available to your organization.
To subscribe to a new product, contact your relationship support manager or email support@wizpresso.com.
Support and Help Center
Horizon includes built-in support resources to help you resolve issues and stay up to date on product changes.
- Support button (question-mark icon) on the left panel opens the Get Help form, where you can describe technical issues or account questions and submit them directly to Wizpresso’s support team. Phone and WhatsApp contact details are also listed for urgent assistance.
- Help Center opens Wizpresso’s online knowledge base, which includes user guides, FAQs, and product update notes for all Wizpresso applications.
Use these options whenever you need troubleshooting assistance, configuration guidance, or the latest information on new Horizon and product features.
